This is a really nice dealership. Lots of vehicles to choose from my daughter purchased a brand new Toyota Corolla sport. The sales people were nice except we did get passed off from one guy to another why I don't know. There are certain days and times they're pretty busy and you might have a hard time finding a salesperson but overall they took real good care of us and we got a nice vehicle no discount so how do you get a discount from Toyota?

The service department was very attentive to my concerns with the 2017 Toyota Corolla. Not only did they address the concern, also provided top notch customer service. Got us bottled water, and drove the car to meet us. Also explained a better solution for services going forward that will save us quite a lot of money.

My girlfriend and I were in the market for a new car. We did our research and found the perfect one here at Toyota Vallejo. As soon as we walked in, James greeted us with a big warm smile! James was very professional but also made us feel like we were his family. He made sure that he got us in a monthly payment that was very affordable for us. Unfortunately the CHR did not come with leather seats but James went above and beyond and was able to get in touch with a upholstery company to add the leather interior we wanted. The biggest compliment you can give someone is a referral and believe me, we will be referring lots of friends and family to James! Best salesman we EVER did business with!!!

Went in over the weekend to trade in my 2016 4runner for a Toyota Sienna, since my family is growing. Our salesman Dan took complete care of us - carefully explaining every detail, giving us ample time to make such a big decision, and giving us plenty of options. It was the last thing on my mind to purchase a Prius from Toyota Vallejo. As we exited our car we looked around the lot and were greeted by a delightful gentleman named Terry Stafford. Terry walked us around the lot showing us a few cars that we were interested in as well as answering all sorts of questions. Terry was very professional offering us water and Starbucks coffee as well as a big cheerful smile. We test drove a beautiful electric Prius that was smooth as silk. After a bit of negotiation Terry handed me the keys or should I say fob to a wonderful car. If your looking for a car I would highly recommend Terry Stafford. As we left I feel we didn't just buy a car, we made a friend for life.

My husband and I were looking for a new Prius after our older one died. We scoured the Bay Area dealerships as people should, getting quotes as we go. The number we got from George Mataragas was hyper competitive, so much so that basically no dealership would match. We started negotiations via email and George was attentive, responsive and considerate. Hubby was a bit worried they would put on pressure for add ons as he walked in because the price was so low but NOPE! George picked him up from the Vallejo Ferry Terminal and every piece of the transaction was as smooth as butter. Tatjana in finance was also pleasant to work with. Took a look at the car, wrapped up the paperwork, and presto...our new Prius Prime! We would not hesitate to deal with Toyota Vallejo again in the future! Ask for George! He'll take good care of you.

Some people are just hungry for a sale, I get it we all need/want more money. Coming from a sales background I saw that right away from a few sales reps at Toyota. I didn't feel like they were genuinely trying to help me solve my problem. (they'll be left unnamed) I left the dealership and ended up going back with another representative, Brent Selby. He is very professional. He had Madison Messer help me out, and she was great! Even Tatjana McGrath in finance was awesome!! They listened to my situation, and were able to get me into a new car. I felt comfortable with them because they treated me like how I would treat my clients/customers. I already knew what I wanted as I was walking around the dealership checking out the cars, what I was looking for was awesome people who can make my experience great. First reps didn't make it personal just stared at me as I walked around and they weren't excited to be there, so I changed reps. & when I got to work with Madison and Brent everything with smoothly! As a first time buyer (from a dealership) this was just an awesome experience. If any friends or family members are in need of a car, without a doubt I would direct them to Madison and Brent at Toyota Vallejo!! Trust me, you won't leave disappointed.

This is where I got my brand new 2016 Toyota Corolla! I've never had a brand new car in my life except a company car over 30 years ago, but that wasn't really "mine". The salesman, Kino, was so great! He and the guy in Toyota Financial made it happen for me! (It helped that my credit score was over 720 too). I highly recommend Toyota Vallejo!

Very friendly; easy to work with; I made an appointment thinking I would need to have it looked at because the engine light came on. When they went to look at it, the light was off. While they could have easily recommended that I leave it there for them to look at it & then charge me for it, they simply suggested that I don't do anything about it unless it comes on again.
