It was the last thing on my mind to purchase a Prius from Toyota Vallejo. As we exited our car we looked around the lot and were greeted by a delightful gentleman named Terry Stafford. Terry walked us around the lot showing us a few cars that we were interested in as well as answering all sorts of questions. Terry was very professional offering us water and Starbucks coffee as well as a big cheerful smile. We test drove a beautiful electric Prius that was smooth as silk. After a bit of negotiation Terry handed me the keys or should I say fob to a wonderful car. If your looking for a car I would highly recommend Terry Stafford. As we left I feel we didn't just buy a car, we made a friend for life.

Some people are just hungry for a sale, I get it we all need/want more money. Coming from a sales background I saw that right away from a few sales reps at Toyota. I didn't feel like they were genuinely trying to help me solve my problem. (they'll be left unnamed) I left the dealership and ended up going back with another representative, Brent Selby. He is very professional. He had Madison Messer help me out, and she was great! Even Tatjana McGrath in finance was awesome!! They listened to my situation, and were able to get me into a new car. I felt comfortable with them because they treated me like how I would treat my clients/customers. I already knew what I wanted as I was walking around the dealership checking out the cars, what I was looking for was awesome people who can make my experience great. First reps didn't make it personal just stared at me as I walked around and they weren't excited to be there, so I changed reps. & when I got to work with Madison and Brent everything with smoothly! As a first time buyer (from a dealership) this was just an awesome experience. If any friends or family members are in need of a car, without a doubt I would direct them to Madison and Brent at Toyota Vallejo!! Trust me, you won't leave disappointed.

Robbie W. took care of my dad on Xmas Eve and was very patient throughout the process. He made my father happy with the pricing and terms. I would highly recommend making the extra drive from Fairfield or Vacaville to purchase a car. Purchased a 2018 Yaris and the technology is awesome. This is where I got my brand new 2016 Toyota Corolla! I've never had a brand new car in my life except a company car over 30 years ago, but that wasn't really "mine". The salesman, Kino, was so great! He and the guy in Toyota Financial made it happen for me! (It helped that my credit score was over 720 too). I highly recommend Toyota Vallejo!

Very friendly; easy to work with; I made an appointment thinking I would need to have it looked at because the engine light came on. When they went to look at it, the light was off. While they could have easily recommended that I leave it there for them to look at it & then charge me for it, they simply suggested that I don't do anything about it unless it comes on again.
