*Vehicles and prices are subject to availability. All Prices + Tax. We reserve the right to refuse rental vehicles to anyone. All prices expire December 31, 2011. All renters must be 21 years or older and pre-qualify for Toyota Rent-A-car standards. Driver's license, major credit card and proof of insurance are required. Maximum rental without check-in, payment, and inspection is one month; extension beyond one month requires check-in each month. Smoking, pets, off road use, racing, and excessive soiling of vehicles not authorized and are subject to damages, cleaning, or de-odorizing charges. Credit Cards accepted: Visa, Discover, MasterCard, & American Express only, prepaid cards of any sort are not accepted. A reserve amount will be put on the card upon rental check-out. Please read the actual rental contract carefully for all rules and conditions. Prices are specified to TRAC rentals at Toyota Vallejo only and all transactions including pickup and rental return must occur at Toyota Vallejo during the rental Car Department hours only. Renter must return the vehicle to the rental counteragent only and not to other departments (unless prior arrangements are made in advance). Should the vehicle be returned without inspection or after rental department hours, regardless of to who it may be given, vehicle is not checked in and is subject to damages until signed off by the Rental Car agent's post-rental inspection. Rentals are ONLY allowed to travel within the following states: California, Oregon, Arizona, and Nevada. A fee of $50.00 will be charged for vehicles traveling out of California.Vehicles and prices are subject to availability.
Our team here at Toyota Vallejo is fully trained and prepared to address your concerns regarding the two safety campaigns that affect certain Toyota models. The first is the 90L, also known as the Floor Mat Entrapment Campaign. The second is the A0A Campaign addressing certain accelerator pedals that may stick in a partially depressed position or return slowly to the idle position. Toyota Vallejo is ready for these Service Safety Campaigns. Your safety, convenience and level of comfort are our utmost concern.
We want to assure you that we recognize the importance of these campaigns and will do everything to make sure you have complete confidence driving your Toyota.
To briefly explain the two Safety campaigns, the procedures are to address the root cause of the potential risk for floor mat entrapment of accelerator pedals and the sticking accelerator pedals in certain Toyota models.
We have Toyota Certified Trained Technicians to perform the necessary repairs to correct the possible risk of floor mat entrapment of the accelerator pedal and the sticking accelerator pedal issues.
Toyota Vallejo has taken extra measures to ensure ease of appointments including expanded service hours. We will also have dedicated technicians available during all Service Business hours to perform these repairs.
